Creatives of all kinds

Whatever your creative field – if you feel ADHD is standing between you and your creative process, we can get you unstuck.

How we work with you

We listen carefully and together we will map out where your ADHD impacts your thriving most. From there we explore your brain, why it does what it does, and work out what it needs to do things differently to support your goals and dreams.

Some clients just want to learn how to adapt neurodivergent strategies in their lives and that is all they need to succeed; this could relate to getting to work on time, learning to put boundaries in place, or starting tasks without procrastination.

Other clients want to develop a different self-understanding in light of their diagnosis and learn to utilize their strengths and other resources more efficiently. This is a more ‘fuzzy’ goal, but once these clients reach the desired clarity about their potential, they define specific goals previously out of their reach.

Benefits for Parents

Parents are often their teens’ most passionate supporter, but a vital function of teenage years is becoming independent from parents, developing critical thinking and learning from mistakes.

Every parent of a neurodivergent teen knows that without parental support, the teen is likely to sink and fail. Involving parents in the coaching process for their teen and young adult means firstly that parents understand their child’s ADHD, which helps them to adjust their expectations. Secondly, coaching then becomes the neutral space where expectations, supports, responsibilities, and accountability systems can openly be discussed and agreed upon.

Involving parents in their teen’s coaching improves everybody’s communication skills and gives parents the tools to continue supporting their child beyond the coaching sessions.

How we work with you

During our initial Discovery Call and our intake process we will discuss how to best support teens and young adults. We will advise you on the benefits of parent involvement, but ultimately this depends on the teen’s or young adult’s maturity, motivation and goals as well as the family situation, relationships and overall resources.

Parental involvement in teen and young adult coaching can be a powerful message for the young person, and it demonstrates parents’ curiosity and willingness to reflect on their perspective and best practice.

For Fathers

Our ‘For Fathers’ program helps you create the clarity, confidence, and calm needed for supportive family dynamics. Step into your power as a father, advocate, and role model.

The challenge for fathers

Many dads are time poor and find it difficult to attend working-hours medical appointments, which can be a cause of frustration and family friction because it can leave the other parent to become the “neurodivergent parenting expert”.  In addition, societal pressures leave many fathers caught between two demanding roles—managing work pressure and navigating emotional challenges at home. These two worlds seem to be governed by entirely different rules and expectations. Parenting a neurodivergent child adds layers of unpredictability, leaving you feeling isolated, exhausted, and unsure where to turn to.
